Justin has recently accepted the position of Associate General Counsel at Bi-Lo Holdings, the ninth-largest traditional supermarket chain in the United States.  Prior to joining Bi-Lo Holdings, Justin was an associate attorney for Cole, Scott & Kissane (CSK) in Jacksonville, Florida.  His practice was focused in the areas of labor and employment law, products liability, premises liability, nursing home defense, insurance coverage litigation, FDIC special powers matters, and commercial banking and financial litigation.  Prior to joining CSK, Justin was an associate attorney for Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, in Tallahassee, Florida. He also served in a legal operations role with Merrill Lynch, in Jacksonville, Florida, and as an operations analyst for the fixed-income investment firm, Fischer, Francis,Trees & Watts, in New York City.  Justin is licensed to practice law in Florida as a Member of The Florida Bar and he is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
